I joined Kapsons in 2001 and since then it has been a great experience. I have worked in the US as well where processes were very stringent but at Kapsons,each day is a new task and every task is a new learning leading to personal and professional advancement of people. I am sure it’s the same for every employee working here. The number of stores and operations has increased now and the processes are more organized. Kapsons is a very sorted and progressive organization and because of its dynamic nature, we have even achieved a month’s sales target in a single day. The main focus of the group is to get global brands and latest fashion to a common man and therefore Kapsons has surpassed other retail chains when it comes to quality, trending fashion and even popularity amongst people and I wish Kapsons the best in its future endeavors.
